How do I skip a shipment?Updated 2 years ago

Are you going out of town or simply have too much product on hand? You can easily skip a shipment by logging into your Kindra account, selecting "Manage Subscription", choose the “Skip” button on the right-hand side of your screen, and confirm by clicking the pop-up window. 

Please note that the pop-up window will also indicate the next shipment date.
