Can I swap for a different product or add a one-time item to my next order?Updated 7 months ago

Yes, absolutely! You can login to your Kindra account at any time and select "Manage Subscription" to swap a current item for a new item, add-on a one-time item to your next shipment, or add additional products to your subscription.

  1. Under Subscriptions, click on the “Manage this Subscription” link below the product name 
  2. Click on the “Swap this for a different product” link at the bottom of the page
  3. Choose a product to swap (a selection of products will be displayed at this point, or you can also search for your preferred product using the search bar)
  4. Select the frequency of the shipment according to your needs 
  5. Confirm by clicking the “Swap Product” button.


Here’s how to add another product to your subscription:

  1. Select the product here: and click the product’s photo to go to the Product Info Page.
  2. Make sure to select “Subscribe and Save” instead of “One Time Purchase”
  3. Select the delivery (30, 45, or 60 days)
  4. Click “Add to Cart” to confirm


Another way is to go to “Manage Subscription”:

  1. View Your Next Order
  2. Scroll down until you see the “You May Also Like” section
  3. Click on the “Add” button below the product 
  4. Under Product Options, select the frequency
  5. Click “Add to Order” to confirm
