What do I do if I received a defective or damaged item?Updated 10 months ago
At Kindra, we do our best to ensure that our products are adequately packaged so they arrive in perfect condition. However, we have no control of the care our shipping and handling providers exercise when your order is in transit. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please email us at [email protected] and include a photo and we will send you a replacement order immediately.
Similarly, if you receive a defective item (e.g. the pump on your Daily Vaginal Lotion doesn't work), please email us the lot number located on the bottle of the bottle and we will send you a replacement.
