The pump is not working on my product, what should I do?Updated 7 months ago

If you receive a bottle of our lotion or serm and find that the pump is not working, first try placing the bottle on its head and giving it a few shakes. If that doesn't do the trick, please email our customer care team at [email protected] and include the lot number on the bottom of the bottle received so we can send it to our Quality Assurance team.
