Due to the intimate nature of Kindra products, we are unable to accept returns once the safety seal has been removed from the product. However, we stand by our products and if a product is not the right fit for your body, let us know within 30 days of your first order from and we'll give you a full refund, no questions asked.

If you'd like to request a return or refund, please contact us at [email protected], tell us what happened, and we'll do everything we can to help. We take customer feedback very seriously and appreciate any and all feedback you're comfortable sharing with us.
